Cancellation Policy

Toketgift accepts order cancellations exclusively prior to the shipment or production of the ordered product. In the event of a valid cancellation (made before shipping/production), customers will be issued a full refund with no deductions. Cancellations will not be processed under any circumstances once the product has been dispatched from our facility.

Return Policy (if applicable)

We allow returns for products that meet our eligibility criteria. Customers are entitled to initiate a return request within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must remain unused, in the same condition as it was delivered, and packaged in its original manufacturer’s packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory to complete the return process. Please note that returns should not be sent directly to the product manufacturer; all returns must be processed through Toketgift.

Refund Policy (if applicable)

Upon receipt and thorough inspection of your returned item, our team will send you an email confirmation acknowledging the delivery of the return. You will also be notified via email of the decision regarding your refund approval or rejection. If your refund is approved, the refund process will be initiated immediately, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method (e.g., credit card) within 1 to 5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund after the specified processing period, we recommend the following steps: first, verify your bank account statement for any pending or posted credits. Second, contact your credit card issuer, as they may require additional time to process and post the refund. Third, reach out to your bank to inquire about any processing delays.
